Do I need to be a good golfer?

No. We work with everyone from high-handicap club golfers to touring professionals. The programme is built entirely around your screen results.

I'm time-poor. How many hours a week?

Less than you'd think. A well-designed programme doesn't require hours and hours — more isn't always more. We build your plan around a busy schedule.

Will speed training cause injury?

No. We build your foundation first through the screen and strength work, so your body is robust enough to swing fast safely. That's how we reduce injury, not cause it.

Is the coaching online or in person?
